What are oral dissolving strips?
Oral dissolving strips are thin, film-like supplements that dissolve directly on your tongue in approximately 30 seconds. No water needed. Active ingredients are absorbed sublingually, meaning they pass directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system for faster and more efficient absorption.
How do I use Stryō strips?
Simply place one strip on your tongue and allow it to fully dissolve. Do not chew or swallow before it has dissolved. Take one strip per day, at any time that suits your routine.
Are Stryō strips safe?
Yes. All Stryō strips are formulated with ingredients that are generally recognized as safe. However, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a known medical condition.
Can I take multiple strips in one day?
We recommend taking a maximum of one strip per product per day. You may combine strips from different ranges (for example, one Glow strip in the morning and one Zen strip at night).
Are your strips vegan?
Most of our strips are vegan-friendly. Please check the individual product pages for specific ingredient information.
Are your strips gluten-free?
Yes, all Stryō strips are gluten-free.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 within the United States and over $79 for international orders.
How do I track my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@stryo.store if you need to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@stryo.store within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if I received a damaged product?
Please contact us at support@stryo.store with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

When will I start seeing results?
Results vary depending on the product and individual. Most customers report noticing effects within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Some strips, like our Energy & Cognition strips, may have more immediate effects.
Can I take Stryō strips with medication?
