Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stryo.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@stryo.store with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
