Subscription, Pre-Orders & Try Before You Buy Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a “try before you buy” option. This policy explains how you can manage, modify, or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock but will be available soon.
We may charge no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and collect the remaining balance once the product is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you choose a “Try Before You Buy” option, your payment method is authorized before shipment.
You will have a specified trial period to decide whether to keep the product.
If the product is not returned within the trial period, the full amount will be automatically charged to your payment method.
