FULL TRANSPARENCY

What we can and can't say.

The honest version of the fine print. Read once, trust forever.

WHAT THEY ARE

Dietary supplements.

Designed to support — not replace — a balanced lifestyle. Every claim on our labels is a structure-function claim. That means it describes how an ingredient helps the body maintain its normal processes.

WHAT THEY ARE NOT

Not drugs. Not cures.

Our statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No exceptions. No fine-print workarounds.

WHAT TO DO

Talk to your doctor.

Before starting any new supplement — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition. Your physician sees the full picture. We don't.

FDA TERMS · EXPLAINED

What "supports" and "helps" actually mean.

The FDA allows supplement makers to describe how an ingredient supports a normal bodily function — for example, "supports cognitive function" or "promotes restful sleep." These are structure-function claims.

They are not medical claims. They do not promise treatment or cure. They describe support — not intervention. The distinction matters, and we take it seriously.

When we say "helps maintain" or "supports normal," we mean exactly that — no more, no less. Anything stronger would require FDA approval as a drug. We haven't applied for that. We're not a pharmaceutical company.

BEFORE YOU START

Talk to your doctor if you are:

  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Under 18 years old
  • Taking prescription medication
  • Managing a chronic health condition
  • Scheduled for surgery in the next 4 weeks
  • Unsure whether a supplement interacts with your current routine

When in doubt, ask. Your physician knows your history. A 2-minute conversation can prevent a bad interaction.
